Plans for the rest of this year

Aim: Get a flat stomach
Method: - Do 30-50 sit ups (with rests in between) everyday
- When available, go gym and exercise for 1-2 hours. 3 hours tops
- Swim for at least 1-2 hours once a week eg. Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke
****NOTE: GYM/SWIM EVERY WEEK***
